1. How to order?
 
* You can place an order by selecting products from the page and add them to your shopping cart. Register (or login with your username and password if you are already a registered customer) or place an order without registering on our site. Enter all contact details and check them to make sure that everything is correct. In the "Comment" field, you can write the text to the card (if you ordered one) or other specific request of yours, and we will do our best to satisfy it.
After a successfully carried out order, we will confirm your purchase by phone call.
 
2. Where do you deliver?
 
* Online Flower Shop Lilia execute orders on the territory of Sofia,Plovdiv,Varna,Burgas and the territory of Bulgaria!
Deliveries are performed by private couriers of the store, which guarantees accuracy, reliability and excellent quality of the product delivered.
 
3. How much will my delivery cost?
 
* Online Flower Shop Lilia has free shipping on all online orders on the territory of Sofia!
 
4. How can I check the status of my order?
 
* You can track the status of your order only if you are a registered user of the Online Flower Shop lilia.bg. You need to log in to your account using a username and password, and in the "Orders" section from your profile you can access information for each order you have made as a registered user. There are five types of status of your order:
1. Pending order - your order has been placed successfully and you can expect us to contact you (by phone) for its confirmation.
2. Confirmed order - your order has been placed successfully and then we have contacted you for confirmation.
3. Paid order - your order has been placed successfully, then we have contacted you for confirmation and we have received the payment (except for when you choose payment method "Upon delivery"). After this stage, you can be sure that our team of professionals takes immediately on with the perfect execution of your order.
4. Sent order - your order is sent and together we have made the day of your relative or acquaintance wonderful.
5. Refused order - your order is canceled successfully (for more information, read the full text in the "Terms and Conditions")
